I have a friend who made herself a poster as her weight loss visual goal. as she hits a certain weight, she can see herself cross it off like every angsty teen does in a movie. its adorable. and every 15 lbs, she rewards herself with buying a movie she wants. So I planned a similar thing.

I plan with every 5 pounds lost to take selfies plus go to disneyland and wear a button all day that says "I'm Celebrating! ___ pounds lost"
